SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Hayah Couture, we aim to provide you with exceptional service to ensure all orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. These terms ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after an order is placed. Items are delivered within 5-7 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
 

All orders are shipped using USPS. Please find below the standard shipping time for this courier.
 

  • Standard shipping: 3-5 days (may vary by location)

  • Expedited shipping: 2-3 (may vary by location)

  • International shipping (Canada Only): 4-9 days (may vary by location)

  • Expedited International shipping (Canada Only): 3-7 (may vary by location)

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of delivery. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

International Shipping

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 6 - 15 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Hayah Couture encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Hayah Couture at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

 

Change Of Delivery Address

If for any reason, there is a change in delivery address, please email info@hayahcouture.com with your order number so your  delivery address can be updated. Please note, once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your delivery address.

Tracking Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via email with your tracking information. 

Lost Shipment

If you did not receive your order within the forecasted time, please contact us so that we may assist in locating your order. We will process a refund or replacement if the courier has deemed the parcel lost.

Returns

Hayah Couture will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days from the time you receive the item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in new condition.

 

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. We will notify you by email once your return has been completed. Please note, Hayah Couture will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

 

 

Cancellations

If for any reason your order needs to be cancelled, please notify us and we will gladly cancel the order. If an order has already been shipped out, please refer to our return policy.

Items Out Of Stock

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and ship the rest of the order.
